COMMENCING WITH YOUR PROJECT WILL MEAN THAT YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of my business, and the time booked out of my diary for each project, I have a strict no refunds policy. Please be sure you wish to proceed with your project prior to booking.

Payment

Full payment is required ahead of your booking when booking online.

I accept payment either by bank transfer or payments can be made via my website. Please use your business name as the payment reference.

Availability

For my current availability, please check the banner at the top of my website or on my booking page. Project timelines are subject to availability and your response times.

Originality

I strictly do not amend any work previously done by another designer. All works must begin from scratch, based on a new and completely unique design.

Amendments

You are entitled to two rounds of amendments on your design. Any additional amends will incur a fee so please be as accurate and precise as possible in your design brief.​

​

Communication

I ask that you respond to any proposed designs within 3 working days. Failure to respond may result in your project being cancelled without a refund.

Once designs have been finalised and approved by you, any additional amendments that are requested after this will incur a fee.

Project Start Date

Once I receive your booking, I will be in touch via email to confirm your project start date. I will also let you know what information or assets I need from you to begin your project. I require all information and assets to be given to me before your project start date (for example, brand assets for websites, design briefs for logos, information for price lists etc.) Failure to provide me with the essential assets I need to begin the project will result in your works being delayed or cancelled altogether without a refund.

Print Costs

My prices are based on design work only and do not include any physical print outs, website hosting or domain names unless specified.

Hosting and Domain  Costs

If you are undergoing a website project with me, it is your responsibility to purchase your website hosting and domain name prior to the project commencing. This is not included within my design costs.

Zero Tolerance 

Bad language/attitude will not be tolerated. Abuse will result in your booking being voided and you will lose your deposit.

By paying the project fee, you are agreeing to these terms.
